Spanish Market Introduction
SITUATION
A Medtech company within the health sector with the intention to sell advanced IT/Communication products for Ambulances and Hospitals targeted the Spanish market. They needed to sell the products and solutions both to the private sector and public sector. This is digital transformation for the health sector.
WHAT WE DID
We started a pre-study project that lasted for 6 months for their management team to take decisions based on market information, size, regions, who to address, etc. The first report resulted in a next step, more as a feasibility project and with more deeper market study with the target to identify customers and possible public purchases in the 17 regions in Spain. We together addressed customer sales opportunities and produced a 3 year plan with budget and sales targets. We also specified solutions together with potential customers. After 2 years we handed over the project to the company with a full report and customer prospects reported in their CRM system.

Divestment and selling of IT/Telecom services organization.
WHAT WE DID
Creation and establishment off two end to end functional services companies, 1000+ resources each, to be sold.
Transformation and merge into buyer’s organization, including organizational design as per buyer’s business requirements and implementation of financial systems and operational tools.
